If it is an entry level job you tell them that you are expected to serve as a good trainee, learn the ins and outs of the work before getting into the hardcore office environment. If you are being hired at the managerial level, learn from the company website as to what you are expected to do. You can speak about the company’s expectation from the selected employee and how you fit in it. Talk to the point and do not blow your own trumpet.
Knowledge of details of position always helps. It helps you knowing the expectations of the employer from the selected employee. The qualifications he should possess and the etiquettes to fit in the office environment. When you are aware of the employer’s expectations from you, you are in a better position to handle this question because you may have all the necessary skills to fill the vacancy.
